Justin Boelen

Justin commenced his property career as a Commercial Property Valuer. Initially his roles included market research and general valuations but he later specialised in commercial, and industrial valuations. Justin then moved into feasibility studies, retail management and portfolio asset management including analysing folios which were even then worth $400 million.

In 1999, Justin took on equal partnership with Lisa Seun in what is now known as ACORPP. Since then, Justin has been involved in almost all aspects of the business growth whilst also taking the lead in strategic planning, acquisition, sales, feasibility analysis and tenant advocacy.

Justin’s experience and leadership in tenant representation has resulted in numerous speaking engagements for conferences and media outlets. Justin promotes the philosophy that ACORPP should act as an extension of the client’s business upholding the high ethics and skills to achieve the client’s desired outcomes, promoting efficient and effective results while ensuring value is clearly demonstrated. Aside from being a leader in the WA commercial real estate scene, Justin is also an active participant of EO (Entrepreneurs Organziation and has just recently completed his term as EO’s Perth President for 2016/17.

Lisa Seun

With over 20 years at ACORPP under her belt, Lisa oversees most projects and specialises in tenant representation, property portfolios and has extensive experience in land dealings for both private and public sector clients, encompassing acquisitions and disposals, land swaps, rezoning, subdivisions and amalgamations, heritage, environmental contamination, native title and Crown land title issues.

As well as having been a tenant leasing negotiator for the Western Australian Government Office Accommodation unit since 1999, Lisa also provides tenant advisory services to the Department of Health and developed a bespoke portfolio management system which encompasses over 170 leased properties.

Lisa adheres to the ACORPP philosophy of giving the same level of commitment to service no matter the size requirement.   She is also known for actively contributing to industry volunteering her time with industry organisations that adhere to the same code of serving only the interests of the occupiers of corporate real estate. Lisa is currently on the ITRA Global Board of Directors where she has developed a reputation as one who speaks her mind and as an outside-the-box thinker. Lisa has contributed many new ideas at the board level as well as to the ITRA Global Conference and Programs Committee on which she currently serves.  She is also on the Programs Committee for the Australian Chapter of CoreNet Global.

Fraser Drummond

Fraser has been with ACORPP since 2003 and prior to that he headed up the State Government's Commercial Property Division.  In that role, Fraser was directly responsible for coordinating and managing the State's office accommodation portfolio.  This involved the development and implementation of relevant policies, the overall planning and coordination of the State's office accommodation requirements, the assessment and delivery of individual agency needs and coordination of the more complex commercial negotiations.

Since joining ACORPP, Fraser has undertaken numerous significant projects ranging from complete portfolio reviews for State Government departments to analysing and delivering accommodation solutions for smaller private and not for profit groups.

Fraser’s professional range of expertise include; complex commercial negotiations, business case development, feasibility assessments, strategic planning, development of accommodation strategies, site assessment/due diligence studies, project management and operational & asset management.  With over 25 years senior management experience in the commercial property sector, Fraser has developed an expert understanding of all facets of commercial property dealings.

Simon has spent most of his career as a real estate advisor working for Big Four and other leading global professional services firms in Australia and the UK. He has also managed large real estate funds, an ASX-listed company, and listed a company on the London Stock Exchange.

Most of his career has been in Corporate Real Estate where he has advised on and executed various projects, including many tenant representation assignments. Simon has an acute understanding of risk and value from both an asset and organisational perspective. He has demonstrated experience in enhancing value by creating and driving additional opportunities and strengthening transaction execution.

A qualified interiors architect with over 11 years of experience, Kristie specialises in the commercial and retail sectors including large-scale and complex projects and also has considerable experience in government and educational sectors.

She is a strong communicator with all the skills necessary for working in a multi-stakeholder operational environment, interpreting client’s requirements and managing stakeholders, consulting, liaising and negotiating between client’s and user groups.

In recent projects, Kristie led the projects teams (internal and external) to facilitate the successful delivery of construction projects of varying value and complexity across various sectors with recent focus on the retail and commercial sectors. Keys skills include building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders, leading stakeholder consultation activities throughout design phases to ensure compliance with Landlord/Building owner design guidelines and meet tenant operational needs, tenancy co-ordination of 100 St Georges Terrace whereby the project required co-ordination of 30,000sqm of fit-out within an operational environment to facilitate on time tenancy occupation. 

Shane Campbell

Shane has over 8 years of experience in the property industry, both in the private and public sectors, and is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI).  Shane possesses a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) and is qualified as a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) as well as having undertaken NABERS accreditation for Offices, Hotels and Retail. 

Shane has previously worked for Landgate, CBRE, Herron Todd White and Bankwest, and joins ACORPP in 2015 bringing with him a strong set of analytical skills and a methodical approach, combined with a passion for property and a focus on client satisfaction.

Jenny Tran

Jenny graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) and commenced her property career in Valuations at Burgess Rawson, obtaining her Land Valuer’s License after the completion of her traineeship. Her work included undertaking a range of Residential, Commercial and Industrial valuations for major banks, lending institutions, public and private companies and assisting in Market Rent Review Valuations and the subsequent negotiations at the State Administrative Tribunals.

Since then, she has worked with CBRE as WA Research Analyst for the Global Research and Consulting department, conducting property market research and contributed to the production of Market View Reports for the major property sectors Commercial, Industrial and Retail. More recently and prior to joining ACORPP she was an Assistant Retail Leasing Manager for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in the Group Property division, which involved the management and administration of Property Leasing activities servicing the Retail and Business Banking premises for the Bankwest national portfolio.

Jenny joins ACORPP, bringing with her diversity in knowledge and experience across all major sectors of property.

 

Samantha Sharp

Samantha is degree qualified with over 15 years and has been working in commercial property since 1994. Samantha has a high level of experience in commercial, industrial and retail property including direct experience in leasing and portfolio management.

Prior to joining ACORPP, Samantha has worked in several high level positions which have included managing retail leasing with Coles Myer, lease negotiation on behalf of National Australia Bank and managing the property portfolio for the Hungry Jacks fast food chain. These positions have allowed her to be responsible for locating and delivering new store opportunities in line with the business strategies, liaise and negotiate with key players in the various brands of the companies, along with external landlords and developers to ensure optimal project delivery and successfully negotiated new stores, lease renewals, store extensions and downsizes whilst keeping occupancy costs to a minimum.

Samantha is a lateral thinker, problem solver with a reputation for perseverance and achieving high quality outcomes.

 

 

Niamh Morrissey

Niamh joined ACORPP in January 2015 with over 4 years' experience in the leasing of commercial property as well as commercial property valuations including her role as a Lease Administration Assistant with AMP Capital, working on the redevelopment of Macquarie Shopping Centre NSW. This role included the review of leases and liaising with tenants.

Since joining ACORPP Niamh has worked on various projects which included indentifying new accommodation to meet the client's requirements, negotiating commercial terms and finalising the lease. Niamh also assists clients with developing and implementing strategies to negotiate lease renewals and rent reviews.

Niamh holds a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate at the Limerick Institute of Technology, Ireland, which is equivalent to obtaining certification as a valuer in Australia.

Leah joined the property industry in 2012 where she commenced working at Knight Frank in a number of roles across Asset Management, Office and Retail Leasing and Residential Sales. Leah’s experience predominantly resides in the administration of new leases, lease renewals, lease extensions and facilities management. Furthermore, during her 5 years at Knight Frank, Leah also gained one on one experience in leasing negotiations and property management.

More recently Leah worked at Deloitte as a Technology Consultant involved in the project management of largescale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations for ASX listed companies, Macmahon Holdings Limited and South32.  Building her depth of knowledge on key business practices both from a people and processes perspective, Leah brings to ACORPP a solid understanding of good planning and effective project delivery.

Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations and Politics) and is a Registered Real Estate & Business Sales Representative. She was also the recipient of a national client service award for outstanding client relationship management.

Leah is as passionate as she is determined to understand her clients needs and work towards positive, lasting results and enduring relationships.

Isaac joined ACORPP in early 2019 after completing a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Property Development and Valuation and a minor in Accounting. He is also a Provisional Member of the Australian Property Institute (PMAPI).

Isaac brings an organised and methodical approach to the business. With his additional Accounting knowledge, he has a deeper understanding of financial statements and cash flow analysis plus prides himself on an eye for detail. His focus is on delivering high quality service in order to get the optimal result for his clients. Isaac understands and thrives on how the process of finding the best property positively impacts on the business and the day to day life of his clients.

Neha has developed her experience in providing Client-side Project Management services within a range of industries including Health Care, Education, Commercial and Government. This experience has enabled her to broaden her skillset, to include the below:

  • Strategic thinking and planning to meet key project constraints of time, cost and quality
  • Leadership of a project team, including Contractors and Consultants, to deliver an end outcome which meets the key project objectives reflective of the Client requirements
  • Stakeholder engagement and communications throughout project lifecycle

At the 2016 WA Chapter Project Management Achievement Awards held by AIPM (Australian Institute of Project Management), Neha was awarded with the Project Team Member Award for her contribution to the Supreme Courts of WA fitout project. At the 2017 WA Chapter Project Management Awards, ACORPP won a project award for the Network Ten Office Fitout which was led by Neha.

With beginnings in Oil and Gas (Mechanical and Structural Drafting) Matt has led a varied career in Construction over the last 18 years including over 10 years in Commercial Interior Design, Project Management and Residential Home Sales & Design.

Having worked on most sides of the fence as a Lead Consultant, Sub-Consultant, for Builders and on D&C Projects his strengths are in experiences gained across many industry sectors and situations.

Matt’s key areas of focus are in Design, Consultant & Stakeholder management, along with Project Management of medium to large scale builds. He places great importance in maintaining relationships across sometimes long and complex builds.
