Justin commenced his property career as a Commercial Property Valuer. Initially his roles included market research and general valuations but he later specialised in commercial, and industrial valuations. Justin then moved into feasibility studies, retail management and portfolio asset management including analysing folios which were even then worth $400 million.

In 1999, Justin took on equal partnership with Lisa Seun in what is now known as ACORPP. Since then, Justin has been involved in almost all aspects of the business growth whilst also taking the lead in strategic planning, acquisition, sales, feasibility analysis and tenant advocacy.

Justin’s experience and leadership in tenant representation has resulted in numerous speaking engagements for conferences and media outlets. Justin promotes the philosophy that ACORPP should act as an extension of the client’s business upholding the high ethics and skills to achieve the client’s desired outcomes, promoting efficient and effective results while ensuring value is clearly demonstrated. Aside from being a leader in the WA commercial real estate scene, Justin is also an active participant of EO (Entrepreneurs Organziation and has just recently completed his term as EO’s Perth President for 2016/17).

Fraser has been with ACORPP since 2003 and prior to that he headed up the State Government's Commercial Property Division.  In that role, Fraser was directly responsible for coordinating and managing the State's office accommodation portfolio.  This involved the development and implementation of relevant policies, the overall planning and coordination of the State's office accommodation requirements, the assessment and delivery of individual agency needs and coordination of the more complex commercial negotiations.

Since joining ACORPP, Fraser has undertaken numerous significant projects ranging from complete portfolio reviews for State Government departments to analysing and delivering accommodation solutions for smaller private and not for profit groups.

Fraser’s professional range of expertise include; complex commercial negotiations, business case development, feasibility assessments, strategic planning, development of accommodation strategies, site assessment/due diligence studies, project management and operational & asset management.  With over 25 years senior management experience in the commercial property sector, Fraser has developed an expert understanding of all facets of commercial property dealings.

Simon is an experienced property advisor who has held executive positions with Big Four and other leading global professional services firms in Australia, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.

He recently led the divestment process for an $825m commercial property portfolio for the WA Government, which is the largest property deal and one of the largest government asset sales ever done in Western Australia.

Simon has acted as the international lead advisor and transaction manager to multinational corporations including Gillette (globally), Electrolux, CSC, Barclays, Citi, ICI, Credit Suisse for the Europe, Middle East & Africa region, and ExxonMobil, Standard Chartered, American Express and WPP in the Asia Pacific region. Other experience includes leading the buy-side due diligence process on 632 Lloyds Bank properties.

Simon’s experience outside of property advisory includes being the Founder of a GBP200m ($500m) commercial property fund, where he raised GBP50m ($125m) in equity capital and managed the company from inception through to its sale. He has also been the Managing Director of an ASX-listed company and co-founded and listed a company on the London Stock Exchange.

A qualified interiors architect with over 11 years of experience, Kristie specialises in the commercial and retail sectors including large-scale and complex projects and also has considerable experience in government and educational sectors.

She is a strong communicator with all the skills necessary for working in a multi-stakeholder operational environment, interpreting client’s requirements and managing stakeholders, consulting, liaising and negotiating between client’s and user groups.

In recent projects, Kristie led the projects teams (internal and external) to facilitate the successful delivery of construction projects of varying value and complexity across various sectors with recent focus on the retail and commercial sectors. Keys skills include building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders, leading stakeholder consultation activities throughout design phases to ensure compliance with Landlord/Building owner design guidelines and meet tenant operational needs, tenancy co-ordination of 100 St Georges Terrace whereby the project required co-ordination of 30,000sqm of fit-out within an operational environment to facilitate on time tenancy occupation.

Jenny graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) and commenced her property career in Valuations at Burgess Rawson, obtaining her Land Valuer’s License after the completion of her traineeship. Her work included undertaking a range of Residential, Commercial and Industrial valuations for major banks, lending institutions, public and private companies and assisting in Market Rent Review Valuations and the subsequent negotiations at the State Administrative Tribunals.

Since then, she has worked with CBRE as WA Research Analyst for the Global Research and Consulting department, conducting property market research and contributed to the production of Market View Reports for the major property sectors Commercial, Industrial and Retail. More recently and prior to joining ACORPP she was an Assistant Retail Leasing Manager for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in the Group Property division, which involved the management and administration of Property Leasing activities servicing the Retail and Business Banking premises for the Bankwest national portfolio.

Jenny joins ACORPP, bringing with her diversity in knowledge and experience across all major sectors of property.

Alyson has a diverse background in commercial real estate spanning over 14 years’ in Australia and the United Kingdom, she has experience in analysis, office agency brokerage, business development, client engagement, strategic direction, and tenant representation. Alyson completed an Executive MBA with a concentration in corporate strategy at Cass Business School, London in September 2019.

Prior to joining ACORPP in March 2021 Alyson was an Associate Director at CBRE, Perth in Advisory & Transactions Services, Occupier Services where she provided strategic advice and consultancy to corporates on their long-term office needs.

Alyson worked at JLL, London for almost eight years, most recently as a Director of Client Development for London Office and Retail Markets. In this role Alyson developed, implemented and managed a client strategy and client relationship management programme to increase revenue, market share, client satisfaction and improve culture and teamwork. Revenue for London Office Markets increased by 28% in two years. Prior to the role, Alyson was an Associate Director, UK Research for three years, where she co-authored white papers and lead consultancy reports for key clients such as The Crown Estate.

Before relocating to the UK, Alyson worked at Savills, Perth for five and a half years in the role of Commercial Leasing Executive where she negotiated commercial terms to secure tenants and complete lease documents. Alyson started her career at Savills as a Research Analyst for three years following the completion of Bachelor of Commerce.

Karen joined ACORPP in August 2015, having previously worked in Banking and Finance where she was employed by Westpac Banking Corporation in a variety of roles. Karen is an enthusiastic and adept member of the ACORPP team and exerts a great level of passion for her clients in all aspects of her work.

Since joining ACORPP Karen has worked on numerous projects which include lease renewals and extensions, new leases, terminations, and identifying new accommodation to meet the client’s requirements.  A sample of some of Karen’s past and current clients include the Department of Health, Department of Transport and Department of Fire & Emergency Services (DFES).

Karen holds a Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University and her work in finance, coupled with her background in law and contracts has been an integral part of her success in the corporate and government property field.

Leah joined the property industry in 2012 where she commenced working at Knight Frank in a number of roles across Asset Management, Office and Retail Leasing and Residential Sales. Leah’s experience predominantly resides in the administration of new leases, lease renewals, lease extensions and facilities management. Furthermore, during her 5 years at Knight Frank, Leah also gained one on one experience in leasing negotiations and property management.

More recently Leah worked at Deloitte as a Technology Consultant involved in the project management of largescale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations for ASX listed companies, Macmahon Holdings Limited and South32.  Building her depth of knowledge on key business practices both from a people and processes perspective, Leah brings to ACORPP a solid understanding of good planning and effective project delivery.

Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations and Politics) and is a Registered Real Estate & Business Sales Representative. She was also the recipient of a national client service award for outstanding client relationship management.

Leah is as passionate as she is determined to understand her clients needs and work towards positive, lasting results and enduring relationships.

Isaac joined ACORPP in early 2019. He’s completed a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Property Development and Valuation, along with a minor in Accounting. In addition to his tertiary education, Isaac is a Registered Real Estate & Business Sales Representative and a member of the Australian Property Institute (API).

Since joining ACORPP, Isaac has worked on a variety of leasing and acquisition projects for private businesses, not-for-profits, and government clients. These projects cover a multitude of markets across Australia, with a key focus on Perth CBD and fringe office leasing. 

Isaac uses his methodical and problem-solving skills to assist clients in tenant representation, property management, due diligence, and portfolio and lease administration.

Clients that Isaac has assisted with include Mastergroup, Desert Support Services, Association of Mining and Exploration (AMEC), and Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES).

With beginnings in Oil and Gas (Mechanical and Structural Drafting) Matt has led a varied career in Construction over the last 18 years including over 10 years in Commercial Interior Design, Project Management and Residential Home Sales & Design.

Having worked on most sides of the fence as a Lead Consultant, Sub-Consultant, for Builders and on D&C Projects his strengths are in experiences gained across many industry sectors and situations.

Matt’s key areas of focus are in Design, Consultant & Stakeholder management, along with Project Management of medium to large scale builds. He places great importance in maintaining relationships across sometimes long and complex builds.

Yuri began her career during the first year of her undergraduate studies in 2013 at a Perth based mining infrastructure organisation as Contract Administrator. She has since then worked for consultancy firms within the industry to gain various skills. In her roles to date, Yuri has worked across both project service streams in Cost Management and Project Management.
Her most recent experience has been focused on client-side Project Management, involving projects across the various sectors including education, commercial end user, retail and infrastructure. Yuri’s adaptability to work has seen her manage project works across multiple clients at any one time, and at other times being seconded fulltime into client organisations for prolonged periods.
Influenced by her work experiences to date, one of Yuri’s key strengths is financial management on projects. Yuri has also developed skills in managing and engaging with an array of stakeholders throughout the various project stages. Putting into practise her university thesis, she works to build and maintain relationships to collaboratively achieve the best outcome for the client and to bring all stakeholders along the project journey in one form or another. Yuri is a very organised individual, who works systematically and methodology to achieve day to day deliverables and to lead the project team. This is supplemented by her attention to detail and thoroughness when working on complex projects and/or across multiple projects.

Ida joined ACORPP in 2006 and has prior experience in administration, human resources and accounting. Ida is highly valued member at ACORPP for her multi-functional role as Project Consultant and Asset Manager. Through her assistance in fitout projects she is the central lead on all tender documentation, presentations and evaluation/appraisal of tender submissions for client sign-off.

With her knowledge in Asset Management, Ida is also well versed in leasing documentation and procedures. She was integral to the development of the in-house lease monitoring system and the creation of client forms, processes and customised reports. Her excellent multi-tasking skills and methodical approach enable her to provide project support to the Project Managers whilst also managing several tenant portfolios.

Shelley Ryan

Shelley began her career as a Professional Assistant/Department Coordinator with Knight Frank where she spent 6.5 years' assisting the Capital Markets team with marketing, contract administration and the day to day processes of the team. Shelley was involved in the selling and marketing process of over $1 billion in assets.

Prior to joining ACORPP, Shelley spent 18 months working for CBRE as a Professional Assistant, coordinating and assisting 4 highly active operators and the state head of Industrial and Logistics. 

Shelley was awarded the national Business Operations award in 2018 at Knight Frank in which she was awarded with an all-expenses paid recognition trip to Byron Bay with other national award winners and high fee earners.During he relatively short time at CBRE, Shelley was awarded the state Super Support award, awarded through nomination and acknowledgement from the wider office.
