Mario has gained around 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate with particular expertise in tenant representation, leasing strategies and complex leasing transactions. With his early background working with Westpac Bank as a Property Risk Manager, Mario brings rigour and experience when it comes to management of financial risk. The matter of being conflict free and acting only in the interest of the tenant was managed carefully in the transition but over time, with changes in leadership, he could see perceived conflict was at risk of becoming actual conflict, so in 2011 Mario joined ACORPP.

Mario is passionate about property and has been a key figure in negotiating many of the larger leasing transactions around the Perth CBD as well as other major office transactions throughout Western Australia. With an eye for detail while negotiating leases for tenants, he is able to give tenants the best commercial terms whilst managing every area of risk for his clients.
