Moments like this make the job worthwhile

We recently received this great note fromNigel Ellett the Commercial Operations Manager from West Coast Energy:

“When we started the journey of finding new premises, we began the process - as most companies do -thinking we could do it ourselves. It soon became apparent that moving premises was a minefield and we needed professional assistance.

“I would like to thank ACORPP and, particularly, Ray Gurney and Gordon Bateup, for the awesome job they did in ensuring the West Coast Energy build at Jandakot was completed on time and without headache.”

“Throughout the build period all issues were communicated to us and - more importantly - resolved by ACORPP. While price was a key driver, the high quality of the fit-out and top contractors and suppliers has resulted in an amazing end product.”

“Many people come to our new offices and comment on the fantastic building we now have. This is a great testimony to the services provided by your business.”

“I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anybody thinking of going through this process and have already passed details onto a colleague who may potentially be moving offices.”

We’d like to thank Nigel for taking the time to give us this great feedback. Needless to say, our team that worked on the West Coast Energy project is thrilled with this pat on the back.

Thanks again, Nigel, and West Coast Energy for the opportunity.

West Coast Energy (WA) engaged ACORPP to help identify its new Jandakot business location, assist in the negotiation of a new lease and project manage the fit out of its new premises.

West Coast Energy is the contractor of choice for some of Australia’s largest electricity network owners. It is part of theNorthpower Groupwith more than 1000 employees in Western Australia, Victoria, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

The West Coast Energy facility is in the new development area at Jandakot Airport and sits on a 10,500sqm site that houses a 1320sqm office and mezzanine area, plus a 3000sqm workshop with surrounding hardstand.

We will add the case study on the project to our website shortly.
